Default noob rt question

so i bought a rail and i think it's an rt rail. the channel for the sear is crooked or whatever. i was just going to throw a pneuframe on there and an xvalve. is there anything else i need to know about rt parts? i saw an rt parts kit online and there was some type of (i think) plastic piece the same shape as the crooked channel in the rail. is that an important part?

thx.

RT parts are RT specific. you might be able to mod the rail for something else, but don't quote me.

Correction: RT Classic is RT specific.

There is the RT Pro which is all standard Mag fare. The "RT Pro rail is E-Mag length.

the plastic piece that looks like the sear slot is a twist lock detent. So if you are using a ULE or after marker body you won'y need it. As long as its a RT Pro rail it's not specific to any thing in particular as stated above.
