Default Progress: Fred's P-Mag

Well, after having such an amazing time at Tunaball last year, I decided I need my own marker again for special occasions in the future! I dug through my old gearbags to see what was left over from my big paintball purge a few years back, and had a few good bits to start with: ule warp body, lots of plumbing, intelliframe, bits and pieces.

Here she is in current form:

I'm on the pre-order list for the next batch of Magnus frames, so the intelli will be out... and all this will be getting re-annodized dust black.

That's a Luke's Customs manifold hiding a Micro Rock (just filed it down this afternoon to fit). The rail was ULE'd by Luke too, and has a channel to hide the LP hose to the frame eventually.

I haven't finished deciding how to plumb it... usually I prefer a slide check in the system somewhere (Flatline regs don't degass the marker when you turn them off), but I don't think I'm going to have room... which annoys me.

The ugly rail mount will be replaced with some sort of CP short drop or rail. Ken from K&P Customs milled down the Benchmark block to fit the 4500 Flatline for me last week. I'd use my DP3 quick disconnect, but its silver and can't be re-annodized to match.

All thats left hardware wise for me to obtain is the pneumatic kit for the frame, RT sear assembly, and a hopper (I think...).

What do you guys think?

Is that a PTP cradle housing the Flatline?

I thought it was Benchmark? I might have the original packaging somewhere, but not likely. Came with a rather huge blocky drop forward.

Very cool
I hope that ReTro valve serves you well (if not, I'll have an angry Fred hunting me down @ TB4)
