Default Go New or Go Custom?

I'm torn, I had been thinking about an Axe build with Krypto body, New style Empire feedneck, Nummech frame, redline foregrip, and some other bits

Think This with a Black Krypto Body and either Silver or Red Numech Frame

Now the Axe Pro comes out - the eye covers smaller reg are really th eonly things that would draw me too it, the shape of the foregrip on an Axe has never really been an issue for me, and the rest of the gun is pretty unexciting ( ooo I can push a button instead of push a button and twist to get my guts out! )

The both will come out to roughly the same cost when it is all said and done...

Just not sure what way too go

Go with the first idea but I am biased since I have both in stock in the shop and hope you buy it from me 😁

PM me a quote and I'll let you know if I will be buying from you

I assume you will probably stock the Axe Pro as well or is that 700.00 price tag a little high to keep in normal inventory?

Exclamation New Axe Bleh

You know what I think.

Played with it saturday, got to be the quietest gun ever with the stella.

If I could have found a dust black ripper I'd have built another one.

I most likely will only do special orders for the new axe pro. The issue is the price they have it at. The 600 to 1000 price range for a gun is like a dead area. Especially with the stock axe being a good solid platform, the players that are will to spend that much money will usually just buy something "better" in the 1000+ category, while newer players don't spend over 500. So to me any gun over 600 and under a 1000 is going to be sitting in my wall for to long.

Will send a price and pics when I get into the shop.

One other thing to remember Styg - most of the current upgrades (Nummech, Inception Designs, etc.) don't work on the new gun. If you want to "make it your own," you'll have to wait.

The only thing really drawing me to the new one is the smaller reg and the eye/detent covers. The foregrip has never really been one of my complaints on the Axe or Mini

Everyone has always seen the Mini/Axe as the next iteration of the Automag, and with Simon leading the way cutting bodies and some other projects I have heard about out there, I'm hope the current platform is here to stay for a while.

Having shot Mags and Cockers for the better part of 18 years, building something out of used parts has never been a real concern of mine

I went with very similar upgrades 2 days before the axe pro announcement and I have no regrets.

I'm not done with it yet but I enjoy putting it together piece by piece and it looks stunning.

If that's all that draws you to the new version, i say stay with the older one and customize as you want.
