Tinkering is haphazardly changing, adjusting and messing with it. Changing parts, settings (depths of screws, lugs, parts), and not understanding how they work together and how when you change one part how it can effectanother.

Adjusting it, is just that. You are setting a LPR to work with your tank's output (remember, not every tank outputs the same, and should be adjusted per day of play or even tank to tank).

Allen, you can handle a simple LPR adjustment can't you?

Besides, pillage can cook pork, make axes and knives with brute force, and even do delicate sushi; totally different

It is a simple adjustment, not rocket science or even archeology. Follow what i said above:easy peasy, lemon squeezy.

Your choice, it's your gun. If you think its shooting fine, then so be it. If at the righer RoF it's having trouble keeping up, then upping or at least resetting the LPR is in order.

But now that you put some paint through it, how is it for you?

Well I havent played any games with it but just judging from dry firing and shooting a few in the back yard I'm not impressed at all, and its going to be a short timer.

The only thing i can say is: don't judge it like you would a mag. Cockers are a bit of a Rube Goldberg machine. You have parts flying back/in your face, connectors here and there, and at times, a too complicated process for launching a gelatin sphere.

If they were cars, you can say they are more like hot rods in that the operation is open, you see the moving parts, you see the rods all connecting to and from. Mags are complex simplicity. Everything is contained, everything is hidden, everything is as small and compact as can be. They are 2 disctinct animals.

Question

How do you adjust the velocity on this thing ?

If I play tomorrow I might need to know.

Do I turn the knob just under the barrel or the allen screw on the bottom of the foregrip ?

Resi? USe the IVG on the BACK. It adjusts the spring tension on the hammer. As long as the gun is cycling dont mess with the LPR (Under the barrel) or the HPR (forgrip)

its a joke that he is called the Mag Whisperer, till he fixes the unfixable and hands you a gun that sings, screams and does everything you wanted it to be, and then the name is well earned.

Is that like a black cap on the rear of the gun next to the Inception logo ?

Yes. Its a 3/16th allen wrench. Turn in to increase velocity, turn out to decrease.

Thank you.

I'm going to try it in play tomorrow.

I will say I dont like the trigger at all.

ULT mag trigger is superior.
