Default CCM's newest model pump

of course, MCB has it first

Not sure what to make of the look of it, but function-wise sounds really interesting.

I was never a fan of the 86*, but the thicker milling on the back top of the handle looks like it would fit in the hand better than the current 86*frame.
The simple milling seems to be overlooked, and some times less is more. the more i look at it the more details i notice, and someone put alot of thought into the milling. but that block in the front where the pump rods go through seems to be a very bland and sticks out in a bad way to undermind the rest of the milling. The one thing that i never like was the pump rod going through part of the body. thats the one thing that kept me away from the T2. I think it gives the pump stroke a more mechanical feel to it.
My opinion on regs in general is, I could careless about the looks as long as it performs. The better it performs the less I care about the looks. I would really like to know a price range and get to shoot one first before i would say if i would buy one or not.

I pretty much agree w/ everything here. the front block is wayy too "blocky" compared to the rest of the body/frame. It just looks weird.
I'm also not a huge fan of the EZ grip. I'd prefer the slightly thinner T2 grip or the conventional CCM rounded grip.
A lot of nice cosmetic details though... aluminum trigger, milling, internal AT (although there's probably no easy way to remove the AT for the purists), etc.

Given CCM's recent track record, I'm curious to see the updated version of this a year from now
I also wouldn't doubt that at least one of their existing marker designs gets discontinued soon. the J2L got axed in December, maybe about 6 months after the release of the S6.5 (then again, the J2L wasn't really a top seller either)

I was at the CCM booth all weekend teching and whatnot. This gun is in the prototype stages. Tweaks will be made. But i can truly say that there is alot of innovation on this one. Its a good start. Expect production to begin sometime in january.

It's hideous. Put a tank and hopper on it and it would feel like crap to shoot. I like the refinements, but how about making it look like a S6.5?

its a joke that he is called the Mag Whisperer, till he fixes the unfixable and hands you a gun that sings, screams and does everything you wanted it to be, and then the name is well earned.

Is it bad that I want to add pneumatics to it?

No, in fact I think it would look better with them (although the lack of a longer reg could make it clumsy to handle)
