good grief... as if there isn't enough legitimate litigation (an oxymoron perhaps) now you can be sued by any joe lawyer if the note an expired patent on your current packaging? Anyone want to class action Q-tips? Maybe we can get a $5/Q-tip judgment...

So I skimmed a bit of it and heard some talk about it. Another example of good intentions being the crack cocaine of the real-world. In theory if you are using an expired or invalid patent for your benefit then yes you should have exponential damages assigned to you, but this carp well if I was a less trusting man I'd almost think this is the next progressive step in legal fleets (yes big firms have surpassed the term team being fitting) finding the next honeyhole
