Pneu-Mag ASA mounting

Been home for a few days and wanted to try something new.

Why not file in rail dovetails into a frame? Allows a greater number of aftermarket asa's than the rather limited direct mounts we have been using.

My plan (once I have the drill bit) is to install a Micro Rock in there.

None of this is necessary, but why not?

WAY TOO MUCH TIME ON YOUR HANDS!!!

Looks good. Better than some dovetails that I have seen that were actually machined.

I was thinking about having the bottom of my new M86 frame milled for this.... may have to think about trying it myself.

It isn't hard with the right tools, and some training :D

Lol. I bought a dovetail cutter for the task!

Wow, that is beautiful, I need to seriously think about trying that...

Not sure if I should but...

Wow! Damn that's slick
